How appropriate is the name of this stamp set for these days? The Positive Thoughts stamp set is a great choice whether you need a birthday, anniversary, get well or thinking of you card. Find a color combination you like, gather your supplies and start creating! Here is a card we made at my last workshop. It was well liked on my Instagram page as well (follow me here) so I thought I’d share it with you also.
I love the Birch background stamp. I also used it with the Beautiful Friendship card in a prior post and to see that post click here. Gray Granite is a relatively new color and passed over in my opinion. However it is a wonderful neutral to incorporate into your projects. The other colors are Pear Pizzazz, Highland Heather and Pool Party. I stamped the images from the Positive Thoughts stamp set and then cut them out with the Nature’s Thoughts dies which are available while supplies last from the Coordination Product Release. The bow embellishment Is made from the Flax Ribbon. I cut it apart then colored the individual strands with my Blends. The frame on the card was made with a rectangle die in the Nature’s Thoughts dies and the Stitched Rectangles dies. I ran them through together at the same time in my die cutting machine.
This is a great time to make some cards to send out to friends and let them know you are thinking of them or to build up your card stash. You will be happy you did after this is all over and life goes back to the crazy normal. I listed out the supplies for this card below. Stay healthy and safe!
