I love the different patterns on each page of the Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper because they are wonderful for making some quick cards or scrapbook pages. In the card below, I cut the 12″ x 12″ designer paper in half and then cut each half into three 4″ x 6″ pieces. I trimmed down the 6″ side to layer with coordinating cardstock because layering makes the colors pop off the designer paper and adds more interest. I added some of the Peaceful Poppies Sequins for more dimension. It’s a nice touch to stamp the envelope with a coordinating stamp to the card inside. This time I sponged a little color on the image.
This card also uses the Peaceful Poppies Designer Paper. A large sentiment looks nice on this card. I used the So Sentimental Bundle for the words and the die cut. The ribbon is the Whisper White Crinkle Seam Binding on page 25 of the Mini Catalog. It is colored with the Blends marker to coordinate with the rest of the card.
