I have a couple of friends who are blessed to start off the new year with their birthdays so I usually make them a card using a new stamp set from the new Mini catalog or the new Sale-A-Bration catalog. The flowers can be colored in with watercolor pencils however I chose the Blends for my card.
For a little sparkle I used the Wink of Stella on the center of the flowers, the little berries and the cake. I also traced the sentiment with the Wink of Stella for another pop of glimmer. You can see the glimmer on the cake and berries better in this picture.
It’s fun to color in the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding ribbon with the Blends to match the card.
